Overview
PLANET releases a high performance outdoor wireless solution with higher coverage and stronger functions - the 5GHz Wireless Outdoor Access Point, WNAP-7200. The WNAP-7200 is compatible with IEEE 802.11a and 802.11n standards to provide data transmission rate up to 150Mbps. It is quite suitable for widely open space applications with the built-in 18dBi patch antenna and high transmitting output power.
The WNAP-7200 features WISP mode for CPE users easily connecting to Internet via WISP provider or connect to wired network. It also supports routing function and offers multiple wireless modes including AP, client, and WDS to versatile solutions in wide range of wireless scenarios. The WNAP-7200 is a best choice to build outdoor wireless access between buildings of campus, business or rural areas, and etc.
Besides 64/128 WEP encryption, the WNAP-7200 integrates WPA, WPA-PSK, WPA2, WPA2-PSK and 802.1x Authority to secure and protect your wireless LAN. Moreover, the MAC/IP filter function included helps to restrict illegal accessing to your local network.
The WNAP-7200 is perfect to install in outdoor environments and exposed locations. With its IP-65 casing protection, the WNAP-7200 can perform normally under rigorous weather conditions including heavy rain and wind. The WNAP-7200 is easy to be managed and configured via web-based interface. It is also a PoE (Power over Ethernet) design for flexible installation, especially in the areas where power outlets are not available. |

With the built-in 18 dBi patch Antenna, it providers wider coverage and long distance wireless connection and allows CPE users to easily install and adjust the suitable values in appropriate locations. The WNAP-7200 provides routing capability and also offers WISP mode for CPE users connecting to Internet via local WISP provider. |
